Sunflower seeds → cleaning and drying → shucking (removing sunflower seed shells)→ rolling billet → steaming and stir-frying → oil extraction (separating sunflower seed cake)→ filter a sunflower seed crude oil (gross oil);

② Sunflower seed pre-pressing - leaching process

Pre-pressed oil separated from sunflower shell - Filter → pre-pressed crude oil;

Sunflower seeds → cleaning and drying → shucking → crushing → rolling → steaming → pre-pressing → pre-pressing cake → leaching → filtration evaporation stripping → leaching wet oil meal → dissolving → sunflower seed meal;

③ Sunflower oil refining process

Sunflower seed oil → filtration → hydration (degumming)→ alkali refining (deacidifying)→ decolorization and deodorization → dewaxing → soap foot of finished oil;
